100-150tph Rock Mobile Crushing Plant
1. Multi-stage crushing synergy to improve overall efficiency
Combination of coarse and fine crushing: Mobile jaw crushers are good at coarse crushing (handling large pieces of material, such as concrete blocks, bricks and stones in construction waste), while mobile impact crushers are more suitable for medium and fine crushing (improving the particle shape of finished products). The combination of the two forms a complete crushing process. After the jaw crusher completes the initial crushing, the impact crusher further refines the material to improve the quality of the finished product.
Closed-loop circulation system: Screening equipment can be added to some configurations to form a closed-loop circulation of "jaw crusher coarse crushing → impact crusher crushing → screening → return and re-crushing", reducing over-crushing and improving the qualified rate of finished products.
