Tracked impact crushing plant is an all-purpose, compact and modular impact crushing plant for aggregates and recycling industries.
Tracked type impact crushing plant, which can be used as the coarse crushing plant or medium crushing plant in the whole crushing work, is a sophisticated and versatile solution for modern aggregate and recycling operations. Engineered for high efficiency and mobility, this plant combines a powerful impact crusher with a robust Tracked undercarriage, delivering exceptional performance across diverse and challenging job sites.
The tracked undercarriage equips the plant with remarkable mobility, allowing it to traverse rough, uneven terrain and operate efficiently in remote or restricted areas. This mobility minimizes the need for additional transportation, enabling quick setup and relocation as project requirements evolve.
At the heart of the plant is an advanced impact crusher. Unlike traditional jaw crushers, impact crushers use high-speed rotors and impact plates to break down materials through high-energy impacts. This results in fine, uniform material sizes and efficient reduction of a variety of materials, including rocks, concrete, and asphalt.
The Tracked-type impact crushing plant is ideal for a wide range of applications, including quarrying, mining, construction, and recycling. Its ability to process materials into high-quality aggregates or reusable products makes it a valuable asset for diverse industries.
Designed to endure the rigors of demanding environments, the plant features a durable and rugged construction. The Tracked system is engineered for stability and reliability, while the impact crusher components are built for long-lasting performance and minimal maintenance.
Crawler impact crusher is mainly used for crushing medium and low hardness brittle stones with compressive strength not exceeding 350MPa, such as limestone, dolomite, shale, sandstone, etc. It is widely used in construction aggregate production, road engineering, mining and other fields, and performs particularly well in scenarios where high requirements are placed on the particle shape and gradation of the finished material.
Materials are fed into the crushing plant through a primary feeding system, typically a vibrating feeder or similar device.
The heart of the Tracked impact crushing plant is the impact crusher. This crusher utilizes high-speed rotors equipped with blow bars or hammers that strike the material to reduce the size.
After impact crushing, the processed material is typically passed through a screening system or deck to separate finer material from larger pieces.
The crushed and screened material is then conveyed out of the plant via a conveyor belt system. The conveyor transports the material to stockpiles, loading areas, or directly to the next processing stage in the production line.
*The output will vary according to different materials, feed particle size and other factors
