PC hammer crusher is a kind of industrial machinery, whose principle is to crush the material by the collision of the high-speed rotating hammer body and the material. The motor of the PC hammer crusher drives the rotor to rotate rapidly in the crushing chamber. The raw materials enter the crusher from the feed port and are impacted, sheared, and ground by the high-speed rotating hammer.
The lower part of the rotor assembly is equipped with grate bars. The materials smaller than the grate mesh are screened out, and the rest of the materials are left for further hammering until they reach the standard particle size.
