"Granite" has strong corrosion resistance, stability, and wear resistance, which can meet the use needs of basic construction, railways, highways and other industries. After a series of rigorous on-site surveys, it was found that the hardness of granite in the area is very high, and the raw material size after initial blasting is large. It needs to be crushed in two stages to crush the granite raw material with a diameter of about 1m into stones <15cm, and then medium and fine crushing again.

This method can save more costs, reduce equipment wear, improve the quality of finished products, and create higher profits for users. Mexican customers purchased a set of 300-400t granite crushing production line from Vest machines. Vest machines are easy to operate, save manpower, and have good overall benefits. Customers are very satisfied.

Production Process

For the high-hardness granite crushing in this area, Vest Machinery has designed a three-stage crushing process for users, as follows:

1. Large pieces of granite are evenly sent to the first crusher (jaw mobile crushing station) through the silo by the vibrating feeder for coarse crushing;

2. The coarsely crushed granite is sent to the second crusher (impact crusher or mobile cone crusher) by the belt conveyor for further crushing;

3. The finely crushed granite is sent to the vibrating screen by the belt conveyor for screening, and several granites of different sizes and specifications are screened out. The granite that meets the particle size requirements is sent to the ultra-fine crusher by the finished product belt conveyor for grinding;

4. The granite that does not meet the particle size requirements is returned by the belt conveyor to the impact crusher or cone crusher for re-crushing, forming a closed-loop multiple cycle.
