What is YGM Raymond Mill?
YGM High Pressure Grinding Mill is an upgraded version of Raymond Mill, which can replace ball mill for high efficiency grinding. It adopts closed-loop high-fine powder making technology, which significantly improves the output and production efficiency.
YGM Raymond Roller Mill is suitable for non-flammable and explosive materials with Mohs hardness below 9.3 and humidity below 6%, such as mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials and other industries. It can grind more than 280 kinds of materials.
The maximum feed particle size of the equipment is 35mm, the coarsest discharge particle size is 20 mesh, the general particle size is 425 mesh, and the finest can reach 1000 mesh. The maximum production capacity can reach 20 t/h.
The grinding force of the YGM High-Pressure Grinding Mill is increased by 800-1200kg under the action of the high-pressure spring. Compared with other grinding mills, the production capacity under the same power conditions is increased by 20-30%.
YGM Raymond Mill Working Principle
The working principle of YGM Stone Grinding Mill is similar to that of the traditional Raymond Grinding Mill, but the structure is optimized, a high-pressure spring system is added, and the grinding efficiency is improved. The specific working process is as follows:
1. Feeding:
The material is evenly fed into the grinding chamber of the mill through a vibrating feeder.
2. Grinding:
The material falls on the center of the rotating grinding disc, and the grinding roller is pressed tightly against the grinding disc under the action of centrifugal force and high-pressure spring. As the grinding disc rotates, the grinding roller crushes and grinds the material.
The high-pressure spring system can automatically adjust the pressure of the grinding roller according to the hardness of the material and the required fineness to ensure the grinding effect.
3. Grading:
The ground material is blown up by the air flow and enters the classifier.
The classifier uses rotating blades to generate centrifugal force to separate coarse powder from fine powder.
The coarse powder is thrown back to the grinding disc for further grinding due to its heavy weight; the fine powder enters the collection system with the air flow.
4. Collection:
The fine powder enters the cyclone separator with the air flow. In the cyclone separator, the fine powder is separated due to the centrifugal force and gravity and falls into the powder collector.
The purified airflow is discharged through a fan or recycled.
5. Dust Removal:
In order to ensure a clean environment, a bag dust collector or a pulse dust collector is usually installed in the system to further capture fine dust in the airflow.

It includes core components such as grinding disc, grinding roller, main shaft, high-pressure spring system, etc., which are responsible for grinding the materials.
2.Grading Machine:
Located on the upper part of the main machine, the particle size of the finished product is controlled by adjusting the rotation speed.
3. Fan:
Provide necessary airflow for conveying and grading materials.
4. Cyclone Separator:
Used for gas-solid separation and collection of finished powder.
5. Dust Collector:
Capture fine dust in the air flow to ensure emission meets standards.
6. Feeder:
Control the feeding speed and amount of materials to ensure continuous and stable production.
7.Electronic Control System:
Automatic control system to monitor and adjust the operating status of the equipment.
